Planning the event

Photo Day Process.

• Schedule the event, dates, times, location.

• Discuss details and how to manage any unique issues

Leading up to the event

• Students signup for their Session time.

• Samples displayed for students to view.

On the day of the event

• Setup all equipment required for event

• Students arrive for the Session time they signed up for.

• Photos are taken

• Parents view and select images and products to order

• Orders completed prior to leaving.

After the event

• I process the orders and submit to lab

• Bring all orders back to School for Parents to pickup
